The Pozhiyoram Beach Resort - dotted with coconut plam, facing Arabian Sea and Theeyaseril Pozhi (lake). Blessed by nature on one side and and all backwaters, boarded by coconut palms, a natural habitat of many rare birds. On the other side, an exclusive sunny beach with crystal clear sand. The resort is build on a concept as a fisher man's village were guests has the opportunity to see local fisher man working in traditional Kerala ways.

FACILITIES
All the cottages in the resort a fisherman's hut, complete with a thatched roof. Nevertheless, it has all the necessities to make comfortable stay. The bathrooms are open-roofed courtyards, typical of the cottages of this region. The hotel also has a sun terrace near the buffet restaurant. And an amphitheatre for cultural performances
The Resort has its own Ayurveda center with a consulting doctor, highly experienced in Ayurveda treatments. The grove has been dotted with beach cots and cozy hammocks. The beach has a volleyball court and for the more adventurous ones, there are bicycles available for you to discover the region on your own. |
