Kanoos Residency is situated in the centre of Guruvayoor, the most prestigious pilgrim centre of kerala located within the walking distance of central bus station, railway station and the temple. It is one of the tallest buildings in the locality.

The Hotel has 9 floors from the common basement of car park. There are 55 Rooms, out of which 43 are superior rooms, 6 are Executive Rooms, 4 Suites, 2 Colossal Rooms (6 bedded Suite). It has a marriage hall of approx 3500 sq.ft. to host a marriage function for 200 pax. It has a dining hall and a satellite kitchen. The hotel has 2 restaurants – a pure vegetarian and a multi cuisine restaurant with an independent kitchen. It also has a Pastry n coffee shop which will operate on a 24 hr basis. |
