Nestled among the serene backwaters of Kumarakom, Lakesong comprises of 8 acres of facility packed with leisure land. Rooms 
There are 28 quaint cottages, all constructed on the banks of the island canals. A neatly laid out gabled cottages and rooms with a 4 star cottage amenities. It has tiled roof and un-plastered exteriors which are reminiscent of the traditional houses. They blend into the lush green landscaped grounds harmoniously. The interiors are roomy and comfortable. All accommodations have air conditioning and are well appointed with cable TV, direct-dial telephone and wi-fi technology.
The rooming arrangements have been categorized into three Types.
Vembanadu, Ashtamudi and Punnamada. "The Vembanadu and Ashtamudi Villas are constructed of Laterite rocks and Punnamada cottages are constructed of interlocking brickworks" |
Amenities
The facilities in the resort include Telephone, Wi-fi, mail and message handling, safe keeping of baggage, doctor on call, money exchange, pick up from arrival point, car parking room service and hot water laundry. For those with an eye of entertainment, there are provisions for playing indoor and outdoor games, fishing water games, boat rides, visit to the bird sanctuary, evening cultural and entertainment programs and also canoe ride in the canals. Besides, there is an Ac restaurant, swimming pool, children’s play area, snooker parlor and curio shop.
