At north Kumarakom (Chammanakery) comprises of ten aesthetically designed Water View Villas overlooking the Vembanad Lake and sixteen Canal View Villas. Thus providing a spectacular view. Interspersed with meandering canals and paved walkways. The resort is quite a sight to behold with its sheltered Aquatic Spa, Fresh water pond, Manicured lawns and swaying coconut palms.

Facilities
Boating is available on the Vembanad Lake. A trip on the lak e is a delight no matter what time it is take. Early morning as the mist unfolds into the sky, local fishermen can be seen in their easily identifiable sailboats.Whilst the lake is tidal from the Arabian Sea, it is calm and safe for all types of cruising.
The resort operates a huge infinity pool overlooking the Vembanad Lake. The pool is crystal clean and tempts even the most reluctant swimmer into its cooling waters. There is even a shallow children’s pool area attached to the main pool – non swimmers will also enjoy being able to soak in Safety Pool Floats which are available.
A modern state of the art facility is adjacent to the pool area. There are separate ladies / gentleman’s sections and many types of treatment that are available from our highly experienced staff. For appointment contact receptionist. Ayurvedic treatment is available from 6am daily.
There are two main restaurants – open one sided, overl ooking the beauty of the lake while at your breakfast or dinner. Evening, the air-conditioned water view restaurant is open for guest convenience. Alternatively, for the special romantic couples, a candlelight supper on the lawn overlooking the lake can be arranged.
All meals are offered on buffet style. An a La Carte menu is also available offering a variety of local Kerala dishes, north Indian dishes, Chinese and international cuisine.

Canal View Room: The Canal View Room looks towards small canals inside the resort. Rooms provide air conditioning, Cable TV, Internet Connection, Hot & Cold showers and large balconies to enjoy. Room service is also available on request.
Waterfront Villa: The Waterfront Villa looks toward the Vembanad Lake. Rooms provide air conditioning, Cable TV, internet connection, Hot & Cold showers, bathtub, fridge & mini bar, a dressing room and superior fittings. Relaxing on the balconies will ease the worries and cares of the busy executives. Room service is also available on request.
