The in-house restaurant provides a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool and surrounds transport you into another world seemingly untouched by man. Facilities & Services
Restaurant: The restaurant is laid out with traditional Kerala wooden furniture dating back to mid 20th century and the décor imparts a homely air to the place. The staffs are always at hand to fulfill your requirements.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is set amidst trees at the back of the property with imposing mountains as the backdrop. Lying in the pool, one might just feel that he or she is in a pond in the jungle, amidst the mountains and lush vegetation completely at peace with nature.
Accommodation: The cottages and rooms are made of traditional materials of Kerala. Tiled roofing is thatched externally, for that authentic appearance and added insulation. A great deal of attention has been lavished on the immaculately designed spotless large bathrooms. In addition, one cottage is made out of a reassembled heritage Kerala home with intricately carved wooden panels etc.
Ayurveda and yoga center : The peaceful environment at the resort is ideal for nature cures. There is a speclialised ayurvedic and yoga centre in the resort that provides all the treatments like massages pizhichil etc. Female masseurs do the massaging for ladies.

The tariff includes: Accommodation for two persons, breakfast in the restaurant.
- The rate quoted for December 31, includes complimentary drink, gala buffet dinner, various entertainment and cultural programmes for two persons.
- Single occupancy: 10% less. Extra bed: 20% more. Children below 6 years, if no extra bed is required, stay free.
- Govt. Taxes applicable on lodging is 10% & 1% on Food & Beverage.
- Taxes are subject to change as per law.

- Reservations will be confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total room charges. The balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to

- Prepayments in any currency will be calculated according to the Euro exchange rate of the day of payment.
- Payments: Cash, Travelers Cheques, Demand Drafts, Pay Orders or Cheques backed by a valid bank guarantee.
- Credit Cards: Master and Visa are accepted.
- Shalimar Spice Garden facilitates money changing.
- Groups: Only May to October, tariff on request.

Ayurveda Treatment Package: List of Ayurveda Treatments and massages are available with rates on request
Cancellation Charges: For cancellations made anytime 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total room charges will be charged as retention. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the date arrival, no refund will be made.
This tariff supersedes all other tariff released earlier. |
